My weekly dreaming update, it maybe cold outside but……

This week has very dreary weather wise but my dreams have been full of sunshine (Think the tan helps) I just want to wear all of the new season clothes now.

My Saturday outfit (for personal shopping) certainly made me feel very summery and it felt amazing. I do love a Whistles dress but the shoes are heaven!

There have been quite a few things that have caught my eye during the week (as always) but this top by Michael Kors is my favourite. I did try it yesterday and I am a little bit obsessed by it, it just hangs perfectly.

Micheal Kors Ruffled Polka Dot Georgette Top £135 here

This is the only image I can find and I would team it with jeans.

Still looking forward to warmer days these trousers by Whistles are just perfect for sunny days with a white tee and are definitely on wish list.

Sticking with Whistles this top from the Limited Edition is just gorgeous.

I appear to be having a week of finding gorgeous new tops and this one by Zara for me is near perfect. The colour for me is absolutely perfect I just need to try it. I would team with navy wide leg trousers and the perfect pair are below.

Zara contrasting top stitching shirt £39.99 here

Max Mara Darling Wide Leg Culottes £205 here

These culottes are in store (house of Fraser and I can confirm that the fabric and the fit are just perfect.

If I didn’t already have quite a few pairs of sneakers then this pair from Zara would definitely be on my wish list. Just imagine how good they would look with the blue shirt and culottes above (heaven)

I am always on the look out for jeans as I struggle to find both the style and fit I want. Luckily Zara have just emailed to say these skinny flares are available, now team these with the Michael Kors polka top I featured above. (cosmos, stars aligning, whatever I know its a sign)

Well I do believe that have shared enough of my dreams who knows how much will be a reality!!

I just love so many pieces from Whistles at the moment……..

How on earth can you choose from all of the gorgeous things  on offer at Whistles.. My confusion started yesterday when two boho tops arrived in store (House of FraserManchester) and continued when I checked everything that was new on the website. There is so much colour and all of the main trends I really cannot decide which is my favourite piece but these are my favourites.

My winter wardrobe updated|Where to buy the best winter wardrobe pieces|

It is that time of year again, it is getting colder and you want to wrap up. I know I have lots of things to wear but I also know I need a few new bits to make it all feel more interesting.

This sparkle jumper by Whistles came into store this week and I know I could wear it with my orange COS skirt, my Whistles culottes and black jeans (there are more outfits lurking)

Whistles Colour Block Sparkle Knit £85 here

A new midi dress is always good, I hate wearing tights so I find them easy to wear either ankle boots or suede knee highs.

This one from Maje is a particular favourite.

Maje Rousseau Baroque Print Dress £280 here

Every wardrobe need a black turtle neck sweater they are just easy and go with everything. I will wear mine under my slip dresses for an easy work outfit.

Zara Turtle Neck Sweater £19.99 here

Ankle boots??? Can you ever have to many pairs of ankle boots? No you can’t especially when they are as cool as Isabel Marant Danae Boots. I have worn a snake skin pair for over a year and they are THE most comfortable pair of boots ever. (I dread the day they wear out) This grey suede pair would be a perfect addition.

Isabel Marant Danae Boots £465 here

Every wardrobe need a great pair of black trousers and I love this kick flare pair from Whistles.

Whistles Kick Flare Crop Trousers £120 here

A velvet skirt would be perfect for the coming season and I spotted this one by MO&CO a few weeks ago. It is fitted at the top so it isn’t bulky at all, the fit is perfect (unlike pleats which I can’t wear at all). Both colours are gorgeous but I do love burgundy. It would look gorgeous with the Whistles sparkle knit!

MO&CO High Rise Velvet Skirt £135 here

Winter is all about cosy knits and I love the idea of this Zara cable knit over slip dresses and skirts (romantic notions)

Zara Cable Knit £49.99 here

I am certainly not one for wrapping up too much so these gloves are perfect for me.

& Other Stories Fingerless Leather Gloves £35 here

Midi Madness, my top 10 dresses for autumn/winter…….

I do love wearing a midi dress in the autumn as I hate wearing tights (I would rather freeze). I use a gradual tan a few times a week so my legs never look white (not a good look) and I use a midi to showcase a great pair of ankle boots or shoes.

I bought a black lace midi dress from Zara last winter which I still wear and love.

This Valentino dress is a dream but there are great dresses on the high street too.

My Top M&S Buys for Autumn|Best Of British at M&S|Wool Duffle Coats|

I am always surprised when I wear something from Marks & Spencers and people comment on how nice it is and then act amazed when I say where its from!! Why, when they do some amazing pieces.

I wore the black chunky boots which I recently bought and I was asked if they were either Alexander McQueen or Saint Laurent. I wasn’t surprised as I had teamed then with a short black dress and white collar to achieve that look and hey it worked.

I chosen some of my favourite pieces to share with you and I hope that you love them to.  There are a few pieces in pale blue as it is my favourite and I really can’t help myself!!
